Throughout his career, he has developed an in-depth understanding of vehicle condition, market values, accident repairs, vehicle history, and the many factors that influence a sound purchasing decision.
Recognising that many buyers are left vulnerable to hidden defects, misleading information, and costly vehicle scams, Ruan established his independent vehicle assessment service to help people purchase with confidence.
